- Entries are open to all who have registered for The Combo Plate 2023 Convention.
- No limit on the number of entries per exhibitor.
- No entry will be in more than one class.
- One entry per tank.
- If a class has 3 or fewer entries it will be combined with the next closest class.
- Entry Deadlines
- All entry fees and entry forms must be received no later than 11:59pm (Central Standard Time) on Saturday June 10, 2022.
- Exhibit set up time will be on Wednesday, July 27, and Thursday, July 28 from 8 AM – 5 PM, and Friday, July 29 from 8am – 12pm.
- If any exhibit needs to be relocated for any reason only Show Committee Staff will be allowed to do so.
- Tampering with any exhibit other than your own is strictly forbidden.
- Judging will take place on Friday from 9pm-10pm. Only the judges will be permitted in the showroom during this time.
- Decisions of the judges on class changes, disqualifications, and show results will be final.
- A collectable plate will be awarded for both the cichlid and catfish best in show.
- A collectable plate will be awarded for the 1st place winner of each division.
- A ribbons will be awarded the first, second and third place of each class.
